After celebrating Rita Dreiss’s birthday at noontime, we found ourselves in a solemn mode in the early afternoon as employees, Residents, members of the Association Jeanne Jugan and volunteers reenacted the Passion of Our Lord. Except for appropriate songs, which were sung by Little Sisters and Novices as each scene was depicted, it was a time of silence and reflection. In this almost mid-point of Lent, it was a powerful reminder of the love of Christ for us!
