Missing My Friends

Missing My Friends

One of the many drawbacks of the present restricted access to our Home is, of course, the inability of family members to visit our dear Residents. This also goes for the many friends that our Residents have.

One such friend to some of our Residents is Ginger. She is an eight-year-old German Shepherd who has visited our Home on many occasions to spend some quality time with our Residents. Ginger’s visits are wonderful opportunities for our Residents to remember pets they had previously and share those stories with us. Ginger enjoys the genuine affection shown to her, not to mention the loving belly rubs.

If Ginger could talk, she would surely say she misses her friends at Queen of Peace. We all look forward to the time when family and friends may once again visit our Home.
