  • November 29, 2016

Many of our friends and benefactors have asked for a copy of the article which appeared in the New York Times on January 20, 2016 which featured Sr. Elisabeth Anne and her role as the beggar for the Little Sisters of the Poor, Queen of Peace Residence. Sister Elisabeth Anne continues the tradition of begging which was established by St. Jeanne Jugan in 1839. We are pleased to be able to offer the article to you and hope you enjoy reading about Sister Elisabeth Anne’s most important role at Queen of Peace.
