“Thank You” are two small words, but ones that contain a wealth of gratitude. On Tuesday, October 28, the Little Sisters were happy to express their gratitude to their employees, not only in words, but with an Evening of Appreciation.
Many members of our staff were present for dinner and dancing. Retirees were honored as was Tania Pauta, the recipient of the 2014 Jeanne Jugan Award. Others received 5, 10, 20 and 25 year service pins.
Theresa Langone, an employee of 36 years, who retired recently, was honored as was Jocelyn Lamarre, an employee of 30 years, and Jeanette Voigt, an employee of 25 years. The latter two will retire at the end of the year.
To all our employees, we express our deep gratitude for helping us to carry out the legacy left us by Saint Jeanne Jugan: “Making the elderly happy—that is what counts!”
