Federal Express Delivers
Last week we were delighted to receive a call from the Maspeth Operations Center of Federal Express. We were informed that Fed Ex would like to deliver a pallet of alcohol-based sanitizing wipes to our Home. We accepted the offer and the next day a Federal Express truck arrived at our Home to deliver the pallet.
Do you know how big a pallet of anything is? Well, we found out. A total of 63 cases, each containing six separate containers of sanitizing wipes. What a wonderful in-kind donation from the caring folks at Federal Express.
We would like to specifically thank Eric Wanders and Steve Pasqualicchio from the Maspeth Operations Center for making sure the donation was delivered. We were also pleased to get a photo of Steve standing next to our outdoor statue of St. Jeanne Jugan.
This donation will greatly assist us in keeping our Home and facility disinfectant clean.
